MisionMusica is dedicated to developing all these qualities in young people in the Dominican Republic. We arrange for young people from economically distressed families to have musical instruments and lessons.

What We Do

Studies have shown that young people who engage in musical activities, who take lessons, and who perform for their peers and families, develop a lifelong love of learning. These activities strengthen self-esteem, discipline, and analytical skills. The habits children learn as they study music continuously enhance their personal, academic, and professional lives.
